These Terms of Service govern your use of the Mt. Hope Heating and Cooling Ltd. website and the services we provide. By using our website or booking service with us, you agree to these terms.
Mt Hope HVAC provides heating, cooling, fireplace, heat pump, and water heater sales, installation, repair, and maintenance across Hamilton and surrounding Ontario communities. Availability depends on location and scheduling.
Quotes are based on information available at the time and may change if site conditions, equipment, or scope differ from what was described. We communicate any material change before proceeding.
Payment terms are provided at the time of service or in your written quote. Outstanding balances may be subject to applicable late charges.
Manufacturer warranties apply to installed equipment per the manufacturer's terms. Our workmanship warranty, where applicable, is described in your service agreement. Warranties exclude damage from misuse, lack of maintenance, or third-party work.
To the extent permitted by law, Mt Hope HVAC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
